Jakarta (The Indonesian News) – President Prabowo Subianto personally expressed his appreciation to all officers of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program who have been serving in various regions across the country.
The program, he affirmed, is running and reaching communities in need, all the way to the remotest corners of the nation.
The President delivered his remarks while attending the National Consolidation of the Free Nutritious Meal Program, initiated by the National Nutrition Agency (BGN).
The event, themed “500 Billion Meals Challenge: Building Indonesia’s Future Generations Through Nutrition An Inspiring Session,” was held at the SICC in Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday (June 3, 2026).
Before thousands of participants including heads of Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG), nutritionists, supervisors, volunteers, cooks, drivers, and MBG partners Prabowo specifically expressed his gratitude for their dedication and service.
“Thank you, brothers and sisters, for coming here. Thank you once again for your service in faraway places, in difficult locations. Thank you for your dedication. Thank you for your loyalty,” Prabowo said.
For Prabowo, the success of the Free Nutritious Meal program cannot be separated from the hard work of field officers. Every day, they carry out their duties in various regions, including areas with challenging geography and difficult access.
Prabowo also stated that MBG implementers are the front line in ensuring Indonesian children gain access to nutritious food, which serves as an essential foundation for their growth, development, and future.
